1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Money Max Social Pilot service (“Services”) offered by United Financial Freedom (“UFF,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY.

By accepting these Terms and/or providing payment information, you agree to be bound by them.

UFF reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any updates.

2. Description of Services

Money Max Social Pilot is a subscription-based automated marketing system designed to support your business growth through social media.

Services may include:

• Automated design and posting of Corporate approved content
• Automated responses to engagement (Replies, Direct Messages)
• Content distribution across platforms, including Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn Business Pages, and Threads

You acknowledge that:

• The Services utilize automation technology
• UFF does not control social media platform behavior, rules, or algorithms
• Results are influenced by factors outside of UFF’s control

3. No Guarantee of Results

You expressly acknowledge and agree:

• No results are guaranteed
• UFF makes no representations or promises regarding leads generated, engagement levels, sales or commissions, business growth, or income
• Results will vary based on market conditions, platform algorithms, user activity, and content performance

You are purchasing access to a marketing and automation system — not a guaranteed outcome.

4. Platform Risk & User Responsibility

By using the Services, you understand and accept that social media platforms may:

• Restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts
• Remove or suppress content
• Limit visibility (“shadow banning”)
• Remove you from groups or communities
• Penalize automated activity

UFF is not responsible for:

• Account suspensions, restrictions, or bans
• Removal from social media groups
• Algorithmic suppression or reduced reach
• Any action taken by third-party platforms

You assume full responsibility for the use of automation on your accounts.

5. Subscription & Billing

• Monthly Subscription Fee: $149.00
• Month-to-month service (no long-term contract)
• Subscription automatically renews each month on your billing date
• By providing payment information, you authorize UFF to charge your payment method monthly until canceled

6. Cancellation Policy

By You:

• You may cancel at any time
• Cancellation must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to your next billing date
• If not received within that timeframe, the next billing cycle will be charged
• No partial refunds will be issued

By UFF:

• UFF reserves the right to terminate your subscription at any time due to failed or declined payment, violation of these Terms, or misuse or abuse of the Services
• No refunds will be issued in such cases

7. Use of Automation & Account Access

You acknowledge and agree that:

• The Services may perform automated actions on your behalf
• This includes posting content and responding to engagement
• You grant UFF permission to access and operate your connected social media accounts for these purposes

Your responsibilities include:

We work on your behalf to create and publish content aligned with platform guidelines; however, each platform ultimately governs account activity. You are responsible for maintaining compliance with their terms and policies, as account status and access remain under your control.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

UFF makes no warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

UFF does not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• UFF shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of income, profits, or business opportunities
• Social media account penalties or suspensions

Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless (“UFF”), its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Services
• Violations of platform rules
• Misuse of automation tools
• Content distributed through your accounts

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located within the State of Utah.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and United Financial Freedom regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.

Acknowledgment

By subscribing to Money Max Social Pilot, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
